Craziness.... utter ooper Craziness!!

I don't understand a word they are saying on this video... probably because it's in Hungarian!

However, I do know is what www.gizmodo.com taught me.
To quote them exactly:
"removed the gun turrets from an old Russian tank, replaced them with 2 turbines from a MiG-21 fighter jet, and injected the whole thing with gallons of water. The result is the first ever jet-powered fire extinguisher."
